Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff Friday, April 19, 2013, stressed the "process of transformation, modernization and updating" of the operation means of the Brazilian Army. Rousseff gave a speech at a ceremony of the 365th anniversary of the Brazilian Army, held Friday at the Brazilian Army's General Headquarters in Brasilia before her trip to Venezuela to attend the ceremony of swearing-in of president Nicolas Maduro.
